StrapSecure Pallet Seal

StrapSecure Pallet Seal is a tamper-evident sealing solution for pallets and large cartons secured with PP strapping. It is designed to protect the intersection of pallet banding, helping to stop pallets being interfered with by sliding the banding off and re-applying it without visible tamper-evidence, helping to deter interference. Unlike a standard metal crimp, StrapSecure is not there to tension or close the strap. Its role is to help confirm that the original strapping arrangement is still present and that the pallet has not been opened and re-secured without leaving signs of interference. 

Each set combines an aluminium cross-plate with a Flexigrip cable seal carrying duplicated numbering and barcode identification. Once fitted across the strap crossover point, the seal gives the pallet’s strapping a visible identity that can be recorded at dispatch and checked on receipt. Pallet seals provide additional layer of security & an 'identity check' of sealed consignments, particularly for export pallets / border control & customs checks. Fits popular strapping widths (6–15mm). Supplied with duplicated barcode/numbering as standard; bespoke logos/text available.

Best for: high value pallets and cartons in transit, strapped export consignments (e.g. sealing export consignments of animal products - see APHA guidance / Export Health Certificates).

How StrapSecure Pallet Seals work

The aluminium cross-plate is fitted under the point(s) where pallet straps cross on the top of the load. The Flexigrip cable seal then locks the plate in place, giving the original strap layout a unique numbered identity. If the strapping is moved, removed or substituted, the pallet should show evidence of disturbance.
